I am Lynn Ogbourne
Hello neighbors! My name is Lynn Ogbourne and I'm proud to be a long-time resident of Orange's North Ward. I am writing to share that I am running for North Ward Council in May 2026 and to humbly ask for your support and your vote. Orange is not just where I live- it's where I've raised my family, built relationships, served my community and invested my time and heart. I am a mother, wife and a neighbor and like many of you, I care deeply about the safety, stability and future of our town. This campaign is about our community- protecting our homes, uplifting our families and supporting our local businesses. More About Lynn
Professionally, I hold both a bachelor's and Master's degree in Business and am a Certified Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading large-scale initiatives, managing budgets and holding organizations accountable. This experience has equipped me with strong financial insight, strategic planning skills and the ability to navigate complex systems which is essential for thoughtful and effective leadership.
I currently serve as Vice President of our Block Association and on the Orange Township Zoning Board, where we work to ensure development is responsible, transparent, and aligned with the voices of our residents. I believe leadership starts with listening. As your councilwoman, I am committed to listening to residents, amplifying the voices of the North Ward and ensuring your concerns are not only heard- but acted upon.
